b) ÜYE (Member): The internet user who registers on the bultix.com website.
2. Subject of the Agreement
This Agreement defines the terms and conditions under which the Member may use and shop on the bultix.com platform.
3. Rights and Obligations
3.1. Accuracy of Information: The Member declares that the personal information provided during registration is accurate and lawful. The Member is responsible for any damages arising from incorrect information.
3.2. Account Security: The Member is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password. Sharing account credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited.
3.3. Lawful Use: The Member agrees to use the website in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations (including Dutch and EU legislation). Any illegal use, harassment, or infringement on third-party intellectual property is forbidden.
3.4. Intellectual Property: All software, design, and content on bultix.com are the property of the Seller. Copying or modifying these elements is prohibited.
3.5. Data Processing & Privacy (GDPR): By becoming a member, the Member acknowledges that the Seller may collect and process data such as IP addresses and browsing patterns to improve service quality, in accordance with the Privacy Policy and GDPR.
3.6. Communication Consent: Unless opted out, the Member agrees to receive promotional emails and SMS regarding campaigns, products, and surveys. Preferences can be updated at any time via the "Account Settings" or by contacting customer service.
3.7. Termination: This agreement remains in effect until the Member cancels their account or the Seller terminates the membership. The Seller reserves the right to terminate membership unilaterally if these terms are violated.
4. Security & Liability
While the Seller takes high-level measures against viruses and malware, the Member is responsible for their own anti-virus protection. The Seller is not liable for unauthorized access to member data resulting from the Member's own security lapses.
5. Dispute Resolution
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Netherlands for all European transactions. In case of disputes, the competent Consumer Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.
6. Validity
By completing the registration process, the Member confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this Membership Agreement.
