At Bultix, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our return policy is designed in accordance with European Union consumer protection laws.
1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Period)
You have the right to cancel your order and return the product within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us via email at support@bultix.com.
2. Return Conditions
The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
All accessories, labels, and the original invoice must be included in the return package.
For health and hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for opened cosmetics, personal care products, undergarments, or swimwear unless the product is defective.
3. Return Process
Notification: Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Shipping: Once your return is authorized, you must send the product back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
Return Address: Please contact our support team to receive the official return address in the Netherlands.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method (iDEAL, Credit Card, etc.) via our payment provider, Mollie.
Please note that banks may take an additional 2-7 business days to reflect the amount on your statement.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If the product is visibly damaged, do not accept it from the courier and file a report. If you notice a defect after opening, contact us immediately with photos of the product.
6. Legal Information
This policy is governed by the consumer laws of the Netherlands. For any disputes, the courts of the Netherlands shall have jurisdiction.
