Bultix provides an online platform for purchasing premium goods. We reserve the right to modify prices, product specifications, and stock availability without prior notice.
4. Orders and Payments
Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully processed.
We accept secure payments via iDEAL, Credit Cards, and other methods provided by our payment partner, Mollie.
Prices shown at checkout include relevant taxes for EU delivery unless stated otherwise.
5. Shipping and Customs
Logistics: To ensure high quality and competitive pricing, orders are fulfilled from our logistics center in Turkey.
Customs: For all deliveries within the European Union, Bultix handles the customs clearance process. No additional import duties will be charged to the customer upon delivery.
Delivery Time: Standard delivery to Europe is typically 3-5 business days.
6. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
In accordance with European Union Consumer Law and the Right of Withdrawal, customers have the right to return products within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason, provided the items are unused and in original packaging.
